Main Types and Maturity Periods
Groundnuts in the Serenut series generally fall into two structural categories:
Bunch Types (Early Maturing):Take 90 to 100 days to mature
Ideal for short rainy seasons or fitting multiple crop rotations.
Examples: Serenut 3R, Serenut 4T, Serenut 5R, and Serenut 6T.
Runner or Semi-Erect Types:Take 120 to 150 days to mature.
Feature longer spreading branches.
Examples: Serenut 1R, Serenut 2, Serenut 7T, and Serenut 8R.
